ITR 6 form is to be used by companies for e-filing the tax return, if they don't claim the exemption u/s 11 of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

So, which companies claim exemptions under section 11?

Companies claim exemption under section 11 when their income is from property held for charitable or religious purposes.
